Bob Zuparko (Division of Biological Control; University of California; 1050 San Pablo
Ave.; Albany, CA 94706; USA) is investigating the impact of Trioxys curvicauda importation
on the linden aphid in California. The present primary parasitoid complex includes T. curvicauda,
tenuicaudis, pallidus, and at least two Aphelinus species. He is trying to develop a
key to males of Trioxys (as the only extant keys are to females); any ideas or suggestions
for useful characters?
