Projects in progress: Although my main research is on Braconidae, I have been studying ovipositor structure and spermatogenesis across the Hymenoptera. In addition, I have a Ph.D. student, Mr. Hasan Basibuyuk, who is studying the antennal cleaner, antennae sensillae and grooming behaviour with particular emphasis on Proctotrupoidea.
