OSUC Database Structure: Integration Cluster
I want this web-based users of this system to be able to access more than just text information, things like images, sound, movies(?). These could be stored in the database itself, but for now I've chosen to keep them externally, as separate files. Similarly, new internet-accessible databases are appearing every day, and I want to be able to direct the user to them as seamlessly and relevantly as possible. The tables here are queried in order to determine if and where such external sources of information are available.
