TAXON_NAME_USE(Taxon_Name_Use_ID.
Taxon_Name_Use_Citation provides the documentation for the way in
which a name has been used in the literature. The Comments field
contains a brief keyword summary of the content of the particular
citation. I am treating multiple uses of a name in one reference work
(i.e., a key on one page, the description on another) as a single
citation, with the multiple pages indicated in the Pages field of
Citation.
