TAXONOMIC_RELATIONSHIP(Taxonomic_Concept_ID)
This table implements hierarchies through the recursive relationship between
Taxonomic_Concept_ID and the Parent_Taxonomic_Concept_ID.
Taxonomic_Relationship_Types may be Member, Junior synonym, or
Synonym (when, for example, the senior name is suppressed or
unavailable) to express subordinate and equivalent relationships.
